A new chapter begins! On April 27, 2025, the former pop-up hotel carpe solem KAPOOM closed its doors. At the same time, this marked the starting point for the revitalization and renovation of the property.
At this address, a brand-new four-star superior boutique resort —
carpe solem ZOE — is being created as part of the carpe solem Circle Collection in the months leading up to the end of the year.

The new resort carpe solem ZOE welcomes you with modern architecture featuring traditional wooden façades, open living spaces, and high-quality furnishings. Planned are comfortable hotel rooms for 2–4 people, stylish wellness suites with freestanding bathtubs and saunas, as well as apartments that accommodate up to 6 guests and offer plenty of space for a personalized holiday experience.
